The tv ist'n working yet

I received a TV package yesterday but I don't know how to operate it so I can't watch anything from Sky

For a Stream puck to do anything it must be plugged into a television set, connected to broadband, activated and updated.  After that's done (which can take a while) the EPG appears.

 

At what stage is yours not working?
