My sky stram doesnt work, iv tried changing hdmi ports etc but still nothing. The first time i was able to get on a connect to my wifi but it said it had to update the puck and it froze. Since then all i get is a sky logo then a black screen.

I had this problem and followed the steps in this article:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-help
if that doesn't work, I suggest phoning Sky and they may have to replace the box!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@BMU a reboot of the puck has been known to sometimes resolve this issue. Switch the puck off at the mains for a couple of minutes and then switch it back on again. Good luck 🤞
