Can’t sign in the Netflix

I pay for Netflix Mutli with sky but cannot sign up to Netflix on my stream.

I go through the process and it tells me cannot process at this time. Try again later but been saying this for over a week!

Tried to call sky with no luck there either! Sky stream is rubbish!!!!
