My sky equipment returned

I returned my sky boxes and they was collected by Royal Mail from my house now you are saying I haven't done this and are charging me

im waiting to get through to Royal Mail now but I don't understand why you wouldn't of received them

This is a customer only forum and not actually Sky so you'll need to contact Sky directly to query this. Quite often Sky take a while to update their systems that the equipment has been returned.

Did you keep a note of the Royal Mail tracking number so you can check yourself on the Royal mail App or website?

Sadly this happens all the time with hardware returns to Sky. The problem is Unipart, the company who take receipt of all the hardware, have such a backlog of equipment to scan that they don't do it quickly enough, therefore triggering Sky's automatic non-return fee threats. 

You need to ring Sky and explain the situation and give them the tracking details which hopefully you made a note of before the parcel was collected.
