One of my pucks keeps on crashing, freezing, not turning on and sometimes audio doesn't work. I'm now bored or restarting it. How do it get it replaced?
You say one of your pucks. Before contacting Sky swap the problem puck with a "good" puck to see if your issue follows the puck, or is tied to the location.
