As you're a Sky Q customer you can't order online @AKT69  you have to phone to order.

Great review thanks - really comprehensive. Quick question. Are you able to watch previous recordings on your redundant skyQ box or do you lose all access?

All Sky Q equipment belongs to Sky and has to be returned. You will lose access to the recordings when your service ends and switches over to Stream anyway.

Hi @PaulN4 and welcome to the forum.  @BenJoBanjo is 100% correct.  To get around this, when I moved from Q to Glass / Stream I used my mobile phone to take photos of my entire recorded library on the Q box.  When I had my Glass TV setup, with the exception of just one programme, I was able to locate every other programme which I then added to my playlist.

This made the transition relatively painless.

Unfortunately this does not appear to be an available option to existing Sky Q customers - I just get the message "You are already on Sky Q which is the best for you  blah blah etc ".

VERY frustrating as I am moving to a rental and cannot take SKy Q with me. So will cancel Sky completely.

Moving from Q to Stream is an option but has to be done by phoning, not online.  There are potential complications with current minimum Q terms and the existence of a rolling monthly Stream subscription.

Hi we moved from sky q to stream puck , and we set up the tennis to playlist for sky sports plus and sky sports tennis and it only  did one and both had different games so wanted to see both the next day or other days just bits and been told nothing wrong with system as can not play list sky sports plus so as when you set sports tennis up from guide it series links plus as well and it decides what it does do ,so very unhappy with it . Also play listed Star Trek next generation on sci fi channel and it saved it on paramount which we have not got . So not working for us so looks like back to sky q for us .
