My Sky Stream Puck keeps cutting out even though it's next to the router. I get frozen screens. I have removed the mains and leads from back of puck many times. It resets I can watch tv for hour or so then the screen suddenly freezes again and I get message: There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later. This has happened for last few days ever since I started a new Sky Stream contract and was connected a couple days ago. My WiFi is strong and no interference. It is so frustrating
