Sky sports wont play live content on tv or laptop but it will play on phone

Which TV platform do you subscribe to?

Which Sky Sports channel are you trying to watch?

Whats happening when you try to view it on the TV?

I subscribe directly to sky for sky sports and Netflix.

Everything seems to work ok except live sports coverage.

I am trying to watch F1 but also tried it on Football.

Saved content works but not live feed.

The message on the TV and PC says "an error has occured please refresh the player to try again"

Deleted and reinstalled the app on PC but still the same.

@Russ44  Are you using any Sky TV boxes?  As far as I'm aware the Sky Sports app isn't availble on a smart tv

I've got a small sky box, I think it might be called a puck ?

I've previously been able to watch live on PC, this seemed to stop working around the end of August.

If you are wanting to watch Sky sports on a PC, go to the Sky Sports website link below.

You need to sign in with your Sky id.

You can watch all the Sky Sports  main linear channels and all the extra Sky Sports + streaming feeds.

You will need to have an active Sky Sports TV pack on your Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass to be able to do this.
