Earlier about two weeks ago, my personal hotspot wouldn't work on the sky box. So I left it. Now I can't even get into Sky TV because it keeps saying that I'm at a limited service and that Sky is fixing it but it hasn't been fixed at all in over a week.

Are you using a hotspot from your mobile phone to connect a Stream puck to?
Sky Stream will not function without a fast and stable network connection. This can come from a hotspot but it needs to be a good connection. Do you not have a standard broadband network available?

Yep I am using my phone. I know what Sky requires to use in order to stream so my phones personal hotspot was working perfectly for 8-9 months and isn't working anymore. Don't have a wifi system at the moment.

Have you given the puck a full reboot? Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to reboot. Check the network settings and try re-logging on to your hotspot.

Yes nothing seems to be working. It is okay though, spoke to the people at Sky and they have told me what is the problem.
