Sky Stream remote disconnects many times a day!

Several times everyday, my sky stream remote disconnects. I get a blue screen saying connect the remote - it is still streaming in the background.I have to press the home button and then select currently playing and the TV comes back on, It is a real pain! I am on remote number 4 and puck no. 2 and this is the best it has been! Any help would be gratefully received!
