I have made numerous phone calls with no satisfaction at all when my Sky Stream was installed back on 12/09/2925 as I onl received 1 puck and 1 remote control when I should have received 2 of both as per my order. It was forwarded to your escalation team but they have done nothing to resolve my issue. All I ask is for the second puck and remote control to be delivered as this this is what I'm paying for. My order was placed on 01/08/2025, a/c number is 625

@Golfchamp  You're not contacting Sky Customer service by posting here.  Yiou will need to speak to Sky again regrarding your complaint.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
