No recognition
My samsung tv will not recognise my sky stream provider any advise.

@Dan255 More info is needed, what do you mean won't recognise my stream provider?
Are you able to see the stream puck output on the relevant HDMI input?
Are you talking about the HDMI label the Samsung has assigned to the puck?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
