Moving to sky stream

I moved from old sky box to new one 2 moths ago and are now on my third box as they all keep crashing and haven't worked since I renewed contract.i phone them today to change from sky q to sky stream as I have a sky glass to that I bought 3 years ago.the advisor told me that to keep the same package I have but move to sky stream using my sky glass to will cost me another 32 pound a month.i told him that the service I bought two months ago has never worked.but he was having none of it and wants to send me out a fourth box.how do I change to the streaming service please

Just to clarify, the move 2 months ago was from Sky+HD to Sky Q?

And, it's the Sky Q box you've been having issues with?

For a Sky Stream/Glass subscription to be £32 more than your current Sky Q subscription, you must have some very good discounts currently in place.

To switch hardware from sky Q to stream there shouldnt really be an increase, if anything there should be a decrease. 

If you have sky glass that's effectively sky stream as it's the same kind of service, only a box instead of a TV. If you are wanting to add sky whole home it's currently £15 a month additionally if you don't already have sky multiroom. 

I would phone up and ask to speak to the value team and see if you can renegotiate.
