Issue with sound

Sound keeps dropping off, comes back on when I turn tv off and on again. Thought it was the tv so bought a new one, but still happening. Have reset the puck, again not helped. Any thoughts?

What are the audio output settings on your puck? Try setting it to PCM stereo if you're connecting it straight to the TV and don't have a soundbar.
