Find out more@Chromedome1975 follow through the link from the app for moving house as there are implications tomthe channels you get if you move into a different region. The system should update your address for billing and location purposes if you only have Sky Stream.

On the MySky app click on the little figure icon top left.
Choose My Details.
Choose Manage Account Info
Choose Household Account Address.
There's a link there which asks Are You Moving Home? You can change your address here.

Unfortunately this doesn't work and you end up in a redirect loop due to a cart error 😞

Take it back. I'm using Brave browser which blocks a bunch of stuff. Once I disabled its blocks I was able to update my address online at https://www.sky.com/moving-home
