Re: Morning Ritual
Same problem, every morning no Stream.
Get home from work, reset using variois suggestions from here and Sky - 20 mins later no TV
Tried wifi, tried ethernet, no difference. Furious at the level of service.

Re: Morning Ritual
Hi @pressandgo Have you tried changing the settings as suggested a few times in this thread (see posts 2 and 3 for example). This solution worked for me a couple of years ago and I have not had the problem since (It sometimes loses the network at other times but not overnight).
Good luck 🤞

Re: Morning Ritual
Just changed the setting, but lost connection shortly after. Back now, hoping that in the morning we will have TV.
So much for plug and play, the more I research and phone SKY, the more I see this a a flawed product.

Have you also done a reboot after you changed the setting? Its the best way to ensure its picked up the change as some of the settings seemingly don't get picked up until a reboot.

Re: Morning Ritual
When doing the reboot make sure the router is off . Then switch it back on and plug the Ethernet cable back in when you get to the trying to connect stage .

Re: Morning Ritual
Oh well ...10 days it lasted up this morning boom no internet even though about 30 devices are connected and working perfectly throughout the house . Am afraid that's it finished for sky puck . Great when it works murder when it doesn't. Will be cancelled this week . An absolute piece of crap .

Re: Morning Ritual
Ok the saga continues. And this is very interesting. After my last post I was trying to connect to the internet with no joy . Now I have a WiFi extender that's connected through WiFi to the sky max router. It's can only give out 2.4ghz which is fine as it's for the cctv and solar equipment in my hut. So I connected the puck through WiFi to the extender and low and behold never had a single problem for days it was quite amazing getting up and having sky straight away 😀. So last night I went into the sky router settings and disabled the 5ghz setting and now everything is connecting through 2.4ghz . Up this morning switched on sky and working perfectly 🙂. So I am wondering now if some of the sky pucks can't handle 5 ghz 🤷♂️anyone else having the same problems should give it a go and see if it makes any difference. Fingers crossed that's it's solved 🤞🤞.
