If you've missed your delivery, you can reschedule it through theDPD website.
We’ll try to deliver your items up to three times. If we miss you a third time, your order will be returned to us and cancelled.
Items can't be left in a safe space, with a neighbour or collected from a local delivery depot. And the delivery address can't be changed after you've ordered.
