Sky contact address

I have concluded that it is just impossible to speak to someone unless willing to spend at least 30 mins on hold therefore I would be grateful if someone could advise what is the address I need to write to.

The issue I have is non receipt of Sky puks despite paying for whole house, or whatever it is called, since June.

Many thanks for any assistance.

@FernPB  To raise a complaint there are a number of ways as listed here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@FernPB

I would observe the subscription to Whole Home doesn't necessarily cause a puck to be despatched: it's also required for Sky Go use on consoles and Apple TV hardware.

Sky don't replicate a previous Sky+ or Sky Q setup automatically: the customer has to specify (and pay the appropriate fee) for loan of pucks.
