Missed delivery and is being sent back, can you send new pack out?

I missed my delivery for sky, are you able to resend new pack please?

You'll need to ring Sky. We can't action anything like that on here.

@Meghan2 Did the delivery company not leave a "sorry we missed you" type card and give you instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery?

 

If not all you can do is phone Sky and tell them you have missed the delivery
