Mic won’t work on remote controller, sky stream

I have tried repairing the remote, removing batteries and turning the box off nothing seems to be working. My remote works in the bedroom puck just not the lounge puck! Very frustrating as every shortcut is voice controlled

Have you pulled the plug completely from the wall ? Worth a try

I'll try that, from what I read it said not to but that's the old school reset way so why not.

Also try this 

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

1.   Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
2.   Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
3.   Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

Replace remote under warranty
