TV shows and Movies Tab next to Playlist on Stream are not working. Can anyone advise how I can rectify this please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirst thing to try is a reboot if you haven't already:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Hi thank you for your help. When I go into Resets and Updates it gives me 2 options (refresh apps and factory reset)
The factory reset says that ally account info will be removed.

Umm that sounds like your stream puck isn't on the latest software version QS028 in that case to reboot if you are on a lower software version that than you need to unplug the puck from the plug for a couple of minutes.
