Increased subscription

My Sky Stream subscription has increased it appears because some discounts I have previously received, have been removed, I don't know the reason why, how can I find out why ?

@Trevorski  Normally if discounts are removed it's because your offer period has ended,as we are all customers on the forum your best bet would be to call sky and discuss your account
