I want to cancel a few items in my home set up but the app or online will not allow me to select that option. It looks like I've been hit with the payment for them after my 3 month trial, which is fine, my fault for not checking (barely watch tv anyway).
Is it a case of waiting for my new billing period or do I have to contact CS?
Any help would appreciated thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Flyingslotsman you can only cancel the main TV packs over the phone not via the app. While you can add and subtract add ons the basic pack has to be part of the deal the same applies where you have taken a deal with a fixed contract period.

If you click on the arrow next to the words "already yours" there should be a button to remove that pack. (With the exception of the Sky Stream pack that appears at the top).
If the button isn't there then you would need to call Sky however it's possible the button may not be active if that particular pack is tied into a minimum term discount for have on your contract.

Thanks for the replies
I can't physically click the home set up button and it was only for 3 months, not full term contract.
I'll call them even though I find it painful to do so.
Thanks folks
