Hi,
Since having sky stream I've been unable
to access Discovery + and keep getting the above error. Any ideas how to fix this?

Just so you are aware that when you move from another Sky product to the streaming platform all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register. See this LINK.
