Evening
Ive recently received my 3rd streaming pick from Sky.
Not had any issues previously but with this new one in standby mode for more than a couple of hours, it won't wake from the remote.
Moreover, it's light goes red and it requires a reboot. Somewhat of a pain when the sockets are behind the wall mounted TV.
Once rebooted, all works fine again until another period of inactivity.
Any advice would be gratefully received thanks.

Try going into settings > start up and standby and turn "Networked Standby mode" ON and "Overnight power saving" OFF.
Some other questions, when the remote doesn't work, and you are restarting, have you tried waking the puck up using the button on the bottom? Does this respond? Also is voice control working on your remote when then puck is working? (Trying to see if it's in IR mode instead of Bluetooth etc).
