Lounge to Bedroom UHD to HD

I have UHD in lounge but HD in bedroom.

I am unable to continue watching a programme in the bedrooom when it has been started in UHD in the lounge.

The UHD programme doesn't appear in continue watching in the bedroom.

When I then find the programme it won't play stating "the content you have selected is unavailable on this device".

I then select ALL Formats and specifically select HD.

Still the same message. Then I follow the same process and select play from start.

Basically no way to watch the programme at all once it has been started in UHD!

Setting in bedroom stream is HD not auto on the Stream setting. Nothing appears to make a difference in getting it to work.

A definite bug, how is this reported?

basically means the money I am paying for multi room doesn't allow multi room if you want to continue watching...

any help would be appreciated if anyone knows a fix or workaround?

@Nic-no-stream  If your Bedroom TV is HD only then of course the puck won't show UHD content as the output is set to that of the TV resolution, it's not a bug but a physsical limitation of your TV.

You would need to watch in HD on your TV, you won't be able to contine watching UHD content on a HD set as that can only work with a UHD set.
