Have you checked your broadband connection to the puck? To check the speed it's actually receiving, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu, top left by clicking on your profile avatar, and run a network check.
The crucial thing with a Sky Stream puck, owing to the fact that SkyOS is almost entirely server-based, is that you provide a fast and stable broadband connection, constantly.
If your broadband is prone to speed fluctuations and interference then you may need to investigate means of improving it, otherwise Sky Stream won't work well.
