Lost channels

I've lost some channels on TV mostly sky ones

You will need to elaborate. What do you mean by lost? Have you powered off at the mains for a few minutes to see if normal service is restored?

@Sandy4266  Have you tried a reboot of your stream puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

They are no longer accessible if I click on them it states I need to upgrade!? Always had these channels before today

As per previous post try rebooting your puck. This usually clears most temporary faults.
