Sky tv is not working

In the last 5 weeks sky tv didn't worked properly keep loading  "please wait" on the blue screen  on and on and on. I am not happy at all with the service especially been so expensive. I won't renew my contract at all ☹️

I didn't now but last year they said is the internet but everything else is working netflix phones

What kind of Sky box do you have? It doesn't sound like Sky+, where you've posted?
