Loss of wifi to sky puk

Programs buffer and wifi drops out only on sky or apps through sky no other devices lose signal.

Can you do a network speed test on your puck/s.
Launch Netflix on your puck (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.

Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a handful of times between tests over say a period of an hour, to see if it varies.
