Losing content

Cursoring through streams whereby we started after the start and went to start from beginning, lose the whole thing. It then goes onto the next film on the channel, which defeats the object of the exercise! Frequently happening, especially when using pause , restart and f/forward. Not good enough. At least with Virgin I had better control than this.
