Live pause on sky cinema

I've just started watching Twisters on sky cinema using a sky stream puck. Why can't I live pause?

You should be able to, did it give a message on screen?

Try saying "pause" with the voice button to see if that works, and check if pause is working on other channels.

Thank you. No error messages initially. Pause button unresponsive. Then a message saying wait for your programme to load (programme was playing at this stage). Then programme stopped and returned to menu screen with message saying there is a fault with this programme - try again later. On 6th attempt, programme started without wait for programme to load message and about 10 mins in live pause functional.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
