Live TV Connection issues
Whenever we watch live TV including TNT sports, after a few minutes the screen goes off and loading programme message comes up. It then revrerts to lue screen and no connection even though all other wifi devices are working. Only way to get the programme back on is to turn the puck off and re-boot. It will work again for a few minutes and go off. When i did sytem checks the connection and speed are all good. It so bad that we have to watch live TV through the firestick . No problem there. Reading through all other discussions it seems it is a common probllem. I thought BT was bad, but at least it worked.!

Re: Live TV Connection issues
@Jamesatter Hi James, you don't need me to tell you that this isn't right, the system does work for most of us and very well.
As you have said it sounds like your internet is fast enough, but worth going to Settings then Network and it will confirm if it is a good connection or not.
If it is good or excellent then usually the problem is with the position of your router and your puck. Ideally they should have a clear line of sight to each other and both away from any objects or glass/mirrors. I had similar problems to you at one stage and that fixed it, I hope it does for you.

Re: Live TV Connection issues
Thank you Stephen, I had already checked the connection in settings and it is good. So the problem may be that the puck is located behind the TV and doesnt have a direct line of site to the router. The firestick is also behind the TV and no problems with that. The Sky pucks must be far more sensitive. ?

Re: Live TV Connection issues
Hi James, yes I think you are correct, if not sensitive then very particular on its sighting. I had to make a few changes to get mine right. Anyway I hope it gets it working, it is brilliant when it is!

Re: Live TV Connection issues
Bought a deco mesh system and plugged the puck directly into 1 of them. All working fine so far.

A decent mesh system is well worth the investment! Not just for the puck but for the WiFi network across your home and all of your other devices
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
