Lip sync issues

Lip sync issues on the sky puck done all the usual things but still an issue, so what's the problem

out of sync sound to lips

i have 2 pucs in 2 rooms one keeps going out of sync lips to voice if power off puck it goes ok for for not a spacific time then slips and seems to go worse this has only just started since last weekend

Re: out of sync sound to lips

Try changing the sound setting

 

Settings > Picture and Sound > Sound > Digital audio output HDMI > change to PCM stereo 

 

and see if that helps
