Lip Sync issues - Sky Stream

I'm sure for those that have the problems it must be frustrating. I honestly haven't got any of these lip sync or pixelation issues that have been mentioned here. So it's equally confusing why this is. Just have to hope Sky figure out what's going on with some peoples set ups. 
I'm currently on the latest QSE036.016.00P build. First time I've seen a it start with QSExxx.xxx.xxP. Whatever that means.

@Paul+Dray 🤔Well done you are on 36 and no problems but others are still on 34 with major problems, can't understand why are Sky rolling out 36 before fixing those still on 34 waiting for the fix🤦‍♂️

QS035.013.00P has not fixed my issues but appears to have made others worse. Also, why is it a contributor here says they have QSE036.016.00P and have no problems. When will this later update be made available to all Stream customers?

Come on Sky, get your act together and focus on providing a service to the people that pay your wages..... Is this a matter for Trading Standards I wonder.

I had no problems on 34, 35 too. That was the point I was making. 
I'm surprised some are still on 34 though! Should be at least 35...

Fortunately I have been updated  but only to QS35 and it does seem to have improved... touchwood

Ah ok. Yeah I don't know how it's rolled out really. If there's a priority set or just by region etc.

Updates are usually rolled out over the course of a month. I've no idea about how they're scheduled.

I'm on QS035.016.00P on my stream box, I rarely had lip sync issues, probably because I don't watch a massive about of live tv so probably didnt notice it, however since the updape I have notice when the show switches to adverts the audio is stuttering, but fine once the adverts stop and the program continues. Never noticed that on the older firmware

Think I've only had this latest version of 36 for no more than a week. I had a different version of 36 before this latest one though ending in 13.00P if I recall correctly.

I haven't had any issues since bbc went wild about 10 days ago. I'm on sky glass for my main viewing and a puck upstairs. The puck has lip sync problems but don't watch upstairs very often but my sky glass seems sorted 😀
