I had this exact issue
Couldn't watch my free Netflix, couldn't watch my free discovery plus, free Ad skipping in My Sky was unavailable and on and on it was
I had to phone them up twice, first person said it would sort itself out after 24 hours, it didn't, second person sent a request to another department and they got it solved three days later
