Linking my tv with the puck

I have got sky on tv working ok but can't get the apps like disney plus etc to work without signing in and being asked to pay. I've logged into my sky account but nothing is helping. Any advice pls?

@Janno1

The bundling of Disney+ 'free' with Ultimate TV hasn't happened yet: at the moment the app will still ask for subscription details.

In addition there's still a while to go before HBO Max is actually launched in the UK.  As of today (06/03/26) the only bundled subscription apps on Sky are Netflix Standard with Adverts and Discovery+ Basic.

Thanks for the reply but I am confused. I watched the lost girl on Disney plus yest after resetting up my puck but today I am being asked for a subscription and also it says disney plus is available from 1st March free. I feel like all my apps are asking to be re signed into.  How can I get someone out from sky to sort it all out. My second puck tv keeps freezing on the adverts.

@Janno1 i think you have misread the comms. All comms from Sky have said Disney + is included "from March" ( which means at some point in March), not "from 1st March". Disney + has been available to subscribe to via the Sky Marketplace for a while ( so that hasn't changed) so singing up via that is subscribing to a paid for Disney + subscription.

You need to wait for communciations from Sky for when the Disney + deal has officially launched ( at which point they will also provide instrucctions on how to claim it).
