Re: Sky puck is **bleep**
Hi @Nagrom Maybe your WiFi is struggling. The speed being received at router is not important it is the speed and quality received at the Glass TV (or puck) is what is important. This can be checked with the Netflix App (Get help > Check network) and is often much less than you might expect.
The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are as follows:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
These speeds assume there is nothing else in your home using up your WiFi bandwidth (mobiles, laptops etc).
If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £40 at Amazon). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (& pucks) only supports 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters

Re: Sky puck is **bleep**
@Nagrom Sorry to hear that. While it is easy to blame the puck it is unlikely to be faulty, in most cases it is the setup that is the problem or as @Fothergill1 mentioned the internet speed. If you have checked your internet speed and it is above the minimum required, would you check if your puck is standing alone without touching anything, with at least six inches of space around it and as far away from electronic equipment as possible. Any other information on how it is set up may also help.

Re: Sky puck is **bleep**
Hi @Nagrom If you are connected via Ethernet I would still check the speed is sufficient but be aware you are not likely to get bore than about 85-90mbps as the Glass / stream pucks are limited to 100mbps.
You could also try changing the Ethernet cable in case it is defective in some way. Also, despite the current wisdom saying Ethernet is best it might be worth trying via WiFi instead as I have read of a few people on the forum to have found it better.
