I've done a system re-set and it won't link my accout

You need to phone Sky to sort out.

 

its this issue which is the reason Sky advise customers to only factory reset when advised by a Sky employee. Unfortunately some resets don't work correctly and won't unlink your puck from your account which means you can't relink it as part of the setup. This can only be fixed by a Sky employee manually unlinking the puck from your account.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

It's trying to send a code to an old e-mail instead it should have sent code to the new e-mail I set up on this account

@Ollly sounds like you maybe using the wrong Sky id - as advised.if it wont connect call Sky.
