Link puck to account

I have had to do a hard reset on my Sky puck.  I am now being asked to link the right account to my device.  When I scan the code, the page it brings me to say link broken.  I have a code, but don't know where to input this code in order to use the puck.

Hi @tancan

Try going to sky.com and logging in. Then browse to: https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate

And enter your code. If this doesn't work you will need to call sky (we are fellow customers here on the community). The general advice is don't reset unless advised by sky.
