Contract

I signed up for Sky Stream ultimate but I can't get Sky Cinema I thought this was included in package

No ultimate is their top entertainment package. The other more basic one being essentials. This is explained here: https://www.sky.com/tv/ultimate-tv

Sky cinema is a premium add on like sky sports.

Hi @Badger4109 and welcome to the forum.  The Sky Ultimate viewing package includes Netflix but NOT Sky Cinema which is ad add-on which is currently on an offer of £9 per month for a 24 month contract.  At the top of this page you will see a tab for "Offers" where you can add it to you subscription is you wanted to add it.

 

Sky Cinema also includes a free subscription to Paramount+.
