Light & dark colour shift

I have a new sky puck, less than two weeks old. 

When a scene changes on any programme or service the image/screen goes slightly lighter or darker. 

It is plugged in to a Philips 65OLED759. 

The HDMI cables are channeled through the wall, so can't be changed without a lot of messing about.

The TV also has a 4K Apple TV, Panasonic

DP-UB820EBK and PS5 plugged in using the same type of HDMI cables and all have no issues with the image. 

If I login to any of the included apps on the Apple TV, there are no issues with the image either.  

I have played around with the settings on the TV, but can't find anything that makes a difference. 

can anyone offer any possible suggestions or solutions?
