Check HDMI CEC is turned on both on the TV and on the puck, this will be in the setting on your TV. If you cant find the instruction manual for your TV then try and type in the product number online and it should be ther, failing that try and call LG.

My LG tv used to start-up and shut off when my sky glass pucks did but not now
Have you rebooted the puck and made sure that HDMI CEC control is still turned on? Try re-connecting the HDMI cable between them and give the TV a full reboot (off at the wall) for a minute or so. This should re-engage the HDMI handshake and might make them talk to each other nicely again.
