Cancel my subscription to Disney plus

Hi @Jackie+1795 We are customers like yourself on this forum and do not have any access to your account details.

If you are subscribed to Disney + through Sky you should be able to cancel the subscription as follows:

Go to the bottom f your home screen and select MySky > Your products > (enter your PIN) > App Subscription > Select Disney +

If you are still having difficulties cancelling you will need to call Sky.

You can cancel  in 1 of two  ways, by opening  the  my sky app on your  sky glass tv  or puck,  go to your products,  app subscriptions disney plus  and cancel  there or phone  sky and cancel   there
