Blinking Puck
Hello,
My puck seems to have developed a blink when first turned on from sleep which is only resolved by a reboot. Every day now.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
Thanks.

Re: Blinking Puck
Hi @CinderKona Your puck is probably losing the network connection when it is in standby so go into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON. I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving. It resolved the issue for me a couple of years ago so hopefully it will do the same for you.

Re: Blinking Puck
Thanks for replying.
I did have the network standby set to on. It seems to be an internal issue with puck that only a reboot solves. This is my third puck in 2 years.

Re: Blinking Puck
Apologies @CinderKona I have only just seen your reply. I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.
The link below explains how the procedure works
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147
Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread
Good luck, I hope you get it sorted out. 🤞

Re: Blinking Puck
Spent all day swapping texts with sky, got nowhere and this morning the remote gas disconnected. One thing after another.
An 80's VCR was more reliable.
