Itvx app restarting

I can't watch a full program on Itvx as each time an advert break comes in it goes back to start .. I have to then fast forward to where I think I am up to then it just goes back to start again. I've literally been trying to watch one programme for days

@Shano11   One thing to try is to go into Settings, System management, Reset & refresh and select App refresh.  It takes a few minutes but it will automatically take you back to the Home Screen.  Then do exactly the same but this time select Restart. Again wait for it to return you to the Home Screen then see if that has helped.
