I cannot seem to get Disney+ app to work. I follow the instructions exactly as the videos etc say, but I never get the screen with the checking your email address then create password. I always get taken to login or get Disney+ page. This then takes me to the option to upgrade (which I don't want to do). I have tried going to the activate Disney+ weblink but that just says I've already activated it. Logging into sky account online it says I need to confirm the subscription, but again the only option that gives me is to upgrade rather than have the free version. Any help appreciated as it's driving me insane.
