When watching a programme live it's says please wait while we load your program. Then the screen goes black and then back to main screen. This keeps happening on different programmes

I see this from time to time. First thing to try is a restart, either by turning off the Puck at the plug for a couple of minutes, or by the option in the Resets menu.
