I cannot watch anything on my sky puck, it has connected, I can see my home page but programmes

 I cannot watch anything on my sky puck, it has connected, I can see my home page but programmes will not load.  This keeps happening on a regular basis

@Bugs31  How is the puck connected to your router?

 

How fast if the speed you are getting to the puck?

 

Open the Netflix app on your puck, go to Get Help, run connection test. What are the results

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's connect via WiFi

connection speed is 214.69 Mbps

have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes .... this can clear some system glitches
