It is a bit ridiculous that on a Friday evening and your sky service is not working that you can not contact ANY support to help. The Chatbot does not address my query. Pay money, not working, no customer service.

When calling Sky to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering the following:
Say about sky stream
Say it’s something else
Say NO when asked about using the web link (it will just bring you back to this forum)
This should result in you being put through to an adviser.
Although I have not tried it, I have read posts that have suggested just keeping quiet when the chatbot asks you questions and in the end it puts you through to an adviser.

Many thanks for the reply. It may be that they were open till 11pm but now it is 7pm. Tried that with Chatbot but no joy.
have to love the irony of my situation. Sky overcharged me for a PUC I don't have (and never have) called them. After forever and countless pass through to yet another agent I am told they have fixed my account and would credit me for the over charge.
They fixed it alright. Fixed it by finding my account inactive when I reached home. Try and call them and...:

Thanks for your assistance. I called this morning and they talked me through essentially a full reboot and reinstall and things are working. I asked what had happened and they said that sometimes the PUC can have a technical difficulty which I'm sure can be the case. That said, I mentioned that all was working fine until I had called yesterday about the overcharge to my account and that after the call, the service was not working. I said that doesn't really sound coincidental but he didn't see any correlation to the timing... Anyhow, it is working now. Thanks again.
